Use an implant needle. If it is pus, lance it open on the lowest point. Also lance open the highest point and fill a syringe with 15% hydrogen peroxide to flush it out......should foam like crazy. You will have to be at least an inch deep with the incision. I’ll get one or two abscesses like that a year in the feed yard. A treatment of dura pen be good. Always 100% recovery.
