I want to add that I don't care what you do or if you pay with a salary or not. This is just a heads up for anyone wanting to pay a low level employee a salary to make things easier. Moat people don't know that it is not legal. It won't matter for some, it might help make the decision easier to others. I had no idea of this law until I ran across it by accident somehow.
