southern mn
There are guys around here , me included , that grow .8 maturity beans , especially for hog manure, that mature Sept 10, give or take and I have delivered to HoneyMead right out of the field the best has been +$1.00 basis . It is there some years and not others. It is a small window depending on deliveries sometimes to the 15th maybe a few days longer ,depending on the harvest pace. If you use a fungicide plan on a couple days longer.
