| Contracts are somewhat scarce right now. $43 and $2 per over stock is actually a really good deal if it's in writing. A lot of companies are $44 with no over stocking.
Believe it or not $100k more than 5 years ago isn't all that of an increase. In a lot of cases 2400hds are $25-50k more than 12 months ago. I'm guessing that you are only getting the option to expand because you are a good grower.
There are a lot of open spaces to be had unfortunately(mostly larger older sites). | |
