Large quantity of empty space out there right now. Iowa Select recently posted on their Facebook page that they were taking bids for them to lease your space.(kind of a reverse auction to find out how low the barn owner will go).

PRRS has been tough this year....I'm guessing the integrator will tell you to take there offer or they will find someone else.


The reverse auction is essentially taking place with new buildings too. It's a quest to find out at what point the building of new barns will be slowed because of yardage rates that are stagnant, and new building costs that are increasing. "They" are not going to pay more yardage if they don't have to.
