Boone Co. Iowa | I have made a couple new crop sales. Dec corn and November Beans are both within a couple pennies of my best sale so far. 5-10% increments.
I heard a few weeks ago that the best day to contract corn is Father's Day (maybe a few days before or after since it is a Sunday).
Probably still be the case.
Personally, I think that with all the changes we have going on (new administration, COVID, drought in a variety of areas), forward sales will not be that big of a deal the next 12 months.
Still think I will have 40-50% of aph sold by June 15th.
Pretty dry soil profile here. Snow isn't going to fix that. | |
