Sw. Ill		illinois side pere marquette lodge near grafton. Then you can take the river road all the way up to hannibal and hop on 61 north. Can also cross the ferry into calhoun county which is very scenic then cross the mississippi at louisiana MO. This would bypass all of st. Louis metro area.

Call and make sure, but they do have a pool.
