DO NOT MAKE TIGHT BENDS WITH THE MONITOR CABLE.
Too many people used the molded in cable guides on the back of the TMX when it first came out causing shorts in the the monitor cable. Trimble had a support bulletin real quick with a picture of the back with a cable going through it with the red no symbol over it (circle with a slash through it.
