My vote is ammonium sulfate as part of your nitrogen program. Maybe you just have a severe sulfer deficiency? Maybe you could benefit from the acidification from the break down of this product.

It still could be iron but generally with an iron deficiency tissue test it either reads none because it was bound up in the soil or 500ppm and the iron is in the wrong forms because the soil pH won't let it stay in any other forms.
