It's a loaded question on what sims you're using.

There's a lot of fullbloods out west. Back east tend to have a lot more moderate purebreds, ~1400 lb cows, & More solid looking than an angus from birth to finish.

Simmental is the fastest growing breed in NA though, as more and more get away from the old fleck style that many still have bad memories of. The new sims are great cows, for the new style of cattle in demand, smaller mature sizes, lighter bw's, solid colours, polled, etc


I would say there's Probly more fullbloods and pures in the east. Lots of straight red or black Simmi's in the west.
