Friend of mine, fell straight down on his butt. Knocked his tailbone so far out of joint, it was pinching a nerve. Of course, being a man, he didn't have it checked out right away, and so the healing process is taking much longer than it could have otherwise. I'm talking months later, and he says it still gets sore if he sits too long.
