Subject: RE: Hip replacement recovery?

NW Illinois Stephenson county
I had my right hip replaced 2/3/2020. I was 65. They cut on the side because I am overweight. I was in the hospital 3 days because I had some blood balance problems and it turns out so I could go to a nursing home (Medicare). A lot bigger guy than me had surgery the same day and was screaming at rehab. This was mainly so I could do rehab twice a day and my wife didn't have to worry when she went to work. I was there 3 1/2 weeks and getting around with a walker pretty good. Another 2 weeks I was using a cane and 2 weeks after that I quit using it. I am happy. No pain. But everyone is different; hope for the best and plan for the worst.
