Have a 2005 Durango with 230,000. Regular maintenance and a water pump is all that has been done to it.
Also have a 2019 Ram 1500 5.7 with 34000miles. Pull a 600lb camper to Texas and Arizona a couple times and haven't had an issue. Haven't ran out of power either.
