Sw mn
Apart from the usual. Pitting, rust, flat spots, cage damage, falling apart, cracks and color. On the back side look at the base of the roller on a new one there is a nice dimple in the end of the roller. When that dimple is smooth or a button as in sticking out. They are past there useful life and will fail soon. That dimple is a wear indicator.
