I think a little different than most ( or so the wife Has said) When talking crop in the first thing I'd ask you is "do you pay income tax ?" Crop in is a tax write-off so the money spent would be paid elsewhere. I know not quite the same but then again kinda.I always buy the 85% ,It takes a bad year to collect on 70% and to insure a profit most need 85% or a little more. I also spend a dollar aan acre for extra replant, it starts at earlier date.
Have agent show you total amount of coverage for cost at each level. I use enterprise units as I don't care where profit comes from just that I have a set amount of dollars to give banker.
