Subject: Marbling of grass fed beef

Driftless SW Wisconsin
We thawed a couple t-bones to grill on the porch tonight now that temperatures are in the 20s F. These are probably typical of t-bones from my Hereford steers at 1000 lb. Not huge but very tender and tasty. Moderate size.
