The 5020 drive train had no problem handling 300 HP. Why so many of them were repowered...

I hear that all the time but I seriously doubt it. Going down a track 200ft at a time in high gear is not the same as a couple thousand hours of hard plowing. My cousins tore up the rear end in their 6030 back in the day and those rear ends were stronger then 5020s. I bet if I put that 5020 in the video on a 35ft sweep plow (which would be normal for here) I could have that rear end junked out in less then a thousand acres.
