So what happens to the billion dollar judgement. Is it still overturned or does it get re-instated. If State Farm paid $250 million to save $1 billion their lawyers are in line for a big bonus.
I don't know, but but guess when they paid the $250 million fine, admitted no guilt , the little guy gets screwed and life goes on.
