I would tend to agree the firmware may be out of sync. Another issues could be power. Do you have power hooked to the FieldIQ module? This we be through the cab kit harness or the Raven harness if using a 75503 or 88644 on the module. The module end also needs a CAN terminator PN 75529 on the 75526 or 59783 on the 75503/88644.
