Looked them up. Seems a little interesting. There annual fee is .75% of value of property, so they have a $7,600/ acre farm they think they can get up front cash rent of $300/acre so their fee is $57/acre or 19% of annual cash rent. Is that a normal fee for a farm management co? IDK
Would guess that or more in some cases. Know of a guy that paid $25 acre to a bank to manage 160 acres that was cash rented. Insane how bad some land owners get hosed ever year hiring someone to manage their farms.
4000 acre cash rent ground x $25 acre= $100,000. One thing for sure would be well above minimum wage for amount of time involved.
