All EFTPS does is ACH money from your bank account to the IRS. You have to tell it how much that is.
Your accounting software may have a payroll module, or you could use an online service to calculate deductions and withdrawals. Filing the quarterly IL-941 can be done through the mytaxIL as well as deposits but again, you have to know what to type in - it’s just a place to enter your data.
