Southern MN
The thing nobody talks about is the lack of talent to run these huge organizations. Average management can coast by in a smaller business, but any deficiencies get magnified when combining or taking over other organizations. Also nobody understands the problems that happens with the employees and the turnover and complaining that it creates. Everyone complains about the huge wage the CEO’s of these organizations get, but it Is the free market at work. There just are not enough people that can or want to manage these thing as they get so big. The good managers are worth every penny but the poorer ones wages get pulled up also.

It seems to me when the large coop to the one side of us needed a manager they had a hard time even finding someone that wanted to deal with it, may be wrong just what I heard.
