Spread your dry in the spring.


That is the worst thing you could do unless you are able to work it down 2-4" or so. Banded and placed 4-6" would be best as that is where more roots are and more consistent moisture and temperature to keep P cycling faster. Like moisture management, having better early root development leads to better late season stability. This is where liquid P infurrow is where it starts, but then you also have to finish and that is where deep banded and soil health come in.
