And since roofing materials don't lasts forever, how much additional cost is required to remove them and put them back up when re-roofing your house?
I think the idea of having hybrid pickups providing power for an individual home with the proper electrical safety protocols is fine. Would be great if the truck owners/Tesla owners could sell power to the grid at the peak prices. But how would you put that power into the power grid when the power plants are shut down, would that minuscule amount of power even do any good?
