Subject: RE: Electric bills

ESW ND
When we had our major power outages up in in eleven. One time 14 days and another about 21....guess what the electric bill showed....EXACTLY. We all still ended up paying near the same as if the power stayed on. It was a saving grace for the power company. The vast majority of the poles that snapped we BEYOND the life dates, then they got fed funding to help with all the replacement costs.

Some friends quit milking at the end of the one billing cycle. They never told the electric company, just to see what the bill would come to. The next billing came. It was right at about the same amount as the previous bill, while they were milking. They called up to raise some feathers. Electric company said they must have added some grain dryers or some other electric stuff.(they did not) I never did find out if they got their billing reduced.
