Any more and especially with the right lawyer, whether it's a trespasser or not.....the trespasser will always win.

Wonder what happens if you have a really bad bull on property they want to survey? Say you have a cow herd he is servicing. No place to move a cow herd to.
Well back in the farm depression days of the '80s a surveyor shot a bull that charged him and the court said it was within his right.
