Oregon | 2 year old male border collie/Airedale. Decent cow dog for his age, quiet and go all day. Had some bite but not too aggressive. He went to the neighbors last week, 7 miles away, and killed 11 chickens. Last few days it had been fighting bad with my other cut male and fixed female. Got snippy with my wife yesterday. Then tonight it killed a fairly large and healthy 3 month old bottle calf in the barn. He took the calf down by the neck and was proud as could be when I got out there.
Grabbed a pistol and put that to an end before it ended up being the kid or UPS man. Escalated quick in just the last week. Odd for sure.
