And , well, the local large city wants a 1.6 billion $$$ or more diversion for the Rd River of th north to handle what the government calls a 100 year flood. But it floods every few years. Soooooo...........


R-19 in walls, R-26, maybe R-35 in ceiling. Pipes probably on top of the insulation. Worse yet, most everything has ridge vents with air vents in the soffits. Windows normally are ‘low E’ meaning they are meant to keep out radiant heat with solar screens over that.
