| What we used to do was go to the feed mill and get some hot tallow or lard. Mix in malarin, ground corn, pig dewormer while it’s hot, in a five gallon bucket. Let that freeze and then use hot water to melt the outer layer till it slides out of bucket and put somewhere the birds but nothing else can get to it. Next step, pick up dead birds. Just hope that the flock doesn’t eat and fly to neighbors tree and drop dead. Had that happen once. | |
