I went to my dentist today for two cracked teeth near the back on one side.  After discussing it I'm going to have one crowned and the second one pulled.  At my age, 71, I didn't want to go to the expense of another root canal and crown on the second tooth (first one doesn't need the root canal)  If I can't chew well enough on that side (which I think I will be able to) I probably will only have another 10-15 yrs max to deal with it..

    As to the person that had work done in Mexico I would probably do that also for any major medical or dental work that was going to cost a lot.  That is assuming it's still safe to go into Mexico.
