1. Implant better than root canal - tooth then dies and becomes brittle. Trouble later.
2. Bridge worst - when either pillar of bridge fails, the bridge collapses.
3. Implant works usually. Disadvantage is implants are difficult to clean - need very extensive flossing due to their “golf tee” design where there are gaps between tooth and gum.
