What ages in and out are you dealing with?? If newborns to fat that 2.6 number is good regardless the breed. If 3-500 to fat could be different thought. When I started reading and saw 2.6% I thought what’s his worry although ages could make that high or low. Personally I’d have to add those 20 culls to the loss number also. They may have not died on you but they were a loss and you just didn’t let them die on you. Yes I have some of those on my dairy heifers and if they leave for health reasons they go in the loss column.
