Iowa | My first thought was a cheap older camper. But I don't know how cold you get think they're good down to 10 degrees usually. And the plumbing water heater in those come with their own set of issues
I sold a good tight camper I inherited when I bought a farm that I considered doing the same thing with. Big table, big sink, big fridge. Got $1500. Maybe shoulda kept it
