Here is a fungicide efficacy rating chart for soybeans.  It's the most current one I could find.  April of 2020.   

None of the fungicides received the highest score of "excellent".   But a number of them had the next highest score of "very good".   

Barring strong recommendations from a respected source.... I would utilize the fungicide that has the lowest cost per acre, with a "VG" rating.  But I would also give strong consideration for the fungicide of choice that also has good ratings for the other diseases my soybeans might have to deal with.
