W Texas
Grocery stores in TX are sold out of food staples, I'll guarantee. Folks in Central TX will mob a grocery store if snow is in the forecast.

I have an office in Bastrop TX parked right next to Bluebonnet Electric office. We haven't had a power outage yet!

I have two herds of cattle in mountains, far west TX, Angus and Mashona. The Angus are absolutely fine. The Mashonas we let out of a bare pasture and they are in an old house that hasn't been used in decades. They will come out to eat hay and drink water, then right back to the living room. Actually they would have been fine without wind, but we had 5f and 40 mph winds and they got chilled pretty good due to lack of adequate winter coat.

Most cattle in the feedyards are fat enough that they will be fine. Only time feedyards get in trouble is with big snow drifts, which I haven't heard happening this time around.
