Subject: RE: Texas cold

We farm down here in the Rio Grande Valley. Have about 130 acres of vegetables. Hoping the 80 acres cabbage survive but some of the others(dill, cilantro, parsley, greens) are probably toast. We probably my won’t know for sure until next week. Some guys had milo and corn up. Milo is toast. Not sure on corn. Glad we made the decision not to plant yet. Last year this time we were done with corn and milo. Should be planting next week once it warms up.
