It seems to be a bit more than just how it worked out.
But that doesn't fit the agenda of this site, kind of like how Texas has to shutdown it's windmills at 20 degrees as Canada and the northern us run theirs at 20 below zero.
When you make the kind of mistakes Texas made then you pay a price
Natural Gas supplies fall.. a lot, refineries shutting down.. etc.
