Hey John. You really should train for a 5K this summer. One of my good running friends in his 70s has a trashed knee and keeps on running races (he runs 11 minutes miles now but really enjoys race day). Didn't quite get in 2,000 miles last year. Ripped my left glut in late October but still got in 1,872. Hoping for more races and less but faster miles in 2021...
