I bet half the people in the united States don't have a garage, and I'd go farther than that and say half the vehicles in the us park in a community type parking lot like an apartment complex, or use unassigned street parking.
However I don't think our new breed of decision-makers are about things like this. I'm sure their rich landlords can just provide plug ins.
