Subject: What angle can dirty wheat flow at?

Nunn CO
Hello all,
I'm building a vertical auger for the byproduct discharge on a grain cleaner. I know clean grain will flow at 23-25 degrees all day long. The grain coming out of the "dirty" auger naturally flows at a steeper angle with all the junk in it. Any info on what angle I should use? I'm thinking 35-40 should do it but nervous to guess since I'm making the auger from scratch.

Thanks
