Alberta | I covered my windows with wet sheets and welded on a piece of 1/4 x2 flat iron to the post up high. this give me a place to mount the fm1000 as well as make brackets to mount anything else to. I will do this to any older equipment that has no pre threaded holes or brackets. Fm1000 is pretty heavy so you want something solid. I have the same as you, insight monitor for yield and use the fm1000 for RTK. I like to have things out of the way. I use ram balls and extension arms so I can place. monitors where I want. | |
