Lubbock, Texas		there are 2 places in Lubbock

SunGold Foods
901 East 66th Street, Lubbock, TX

and Red River

I know NOTHING about either of them other than where they are located AND you need to make sure you are growing the right varieties for them

SunGold is food in shell for human food (I believe)
