| All you say is true, most usage outlets can't just flip a switch and shut usage off.
At the same time with a 16ish billion bu pile of corn and 4.7bb of beans +/- whatever you think USDA is off, you don't want to stifle usage in Jan and Feb...
The rationing will not happen until the last qtr of the year. But price until then will keep users cautious..either by acquiring needs, or careful usage of inventory. | |
