Does it have a drain plug in the side of the block?
If so, get a tank heater. Mount it so I've intake is as low or lower than that drain plug. Run a hose to a wye in a heater hose, study it to figure out best place to put it so the water thermosyphns.

This heater "above" would have that size engine warm in a hour or less. Put a timer on it.

Another choice would be a lower radiator hose heater. This might heat radiator more than engine, but I have had them work.

Totally don't understand the post below, working about restricted cooling capacity, in summer.

Another choice would be a tank heater that actually pumps the water, with the output towards the engine.

For the oil pan heater, I would think it so small that it would have to plugged in all the time to keep the engine even slightly warmer. That size heater is no way gona get oil any where near enough to burn it.

You do have full synthetic oil in it, don't you?
