Sir, you apparently have never sat across from a banker when he lowered the value on your balance sheet land value by 55% and because that threw you into the high risk category raised your operating note to 16% interest. Land has not "always been an excellent investment for a farmer". Nor do "bankers love it for collateral". Your post brings back bad memories of the 80"s.
