We Europeans use the very same glogal satellite systems as you there on the new continent. Most of ag receivers here are of US origin (but made in mexico, china ....) and track American GPS and Russian Glonass (in unlocked).
Just very few newer ones track Chinese Beidou or European Galileo. So no difference.

If you want to use WAAS / EGNOSS corrections the receivers are the same. Should be no problems.

Even the threads for screws to fix a ram mount ball behind the display are most usually ancient Imperial system which really is a PITA for us that have been all metric system for a century at least. Problem for us - not for You.

If you can find a seller that you can trust - go ahead. An official dealer most likely is.
Mailing is right now somewhat delayed because COVID-19: less plains in the air...
Payment by credit card or PayPal should give you some protection in case of a fraudulent seller.

This trust (or lack of it) is maybe the single biggest issue in this kind of trade. But be careful. Find out about backgrounds... Just like what you do with any other deals you make.
