| Stopping keystones will most likely increase true job creation. The oil is going to move either through other lines already in use or in the building process, through rail and trucks.
And instead of simply running it to export facilities and shipped out to other countries to refine it will get refined at Midwest refineries .
Most don't understand that with modern technology just how few long term jobs there are on a 2000 mile pipeline .
Shipping by truck and rail will put more people to work but is much less efficient.
