We don't have much inflation because the fed says we don't. Get away from la la land and many sectors are experiencing something different. The florida condo idea, I'm seeing stuff go from 600k to 800k in 6 months. My truck is worth 20% more than it was 12 months ago. Anything tied to interest rates is booming.
