You are the man RCR. Good move on your part. At 21, if you woulda filed bankruptcy 2 years later, you’d have gotten started buying land about the same time I did then (30ish). At the time I kept thinking I’ll buy the next one. And nothing real close came up foresale in what seemed like forever. (My family and I are not known as “travelers” for land. We stay pretty close to home)

There’s one farm I truly look back at and think I really shoulda begged borrowed and stole to buy. At the time I said “I don’t want the govt in my business and doing one of those govt loans”.

Shoulda coulda woulda...
