East Central Nebraska | Spray 2-4D/Dicamba in the fall Cured my marestail mess. Now I would do a strong 2-4D application as soon as you can in the spring. Once it grows, its tough. 2 years ago, i went to liberty and enlist last year. Here's my program and worked well for me last year except a 40 that had to be replanted and was late for the post due to 2 weeks of strongs winds and couldn't spray. Had to make 3 passes with Liberty/RUP and used Enlist on the 3rd time to kill the pigweed growing. It was clean at harvest. Timing is critical for sure.

Plus the LV6/Dicamba I applied in the fall which I don't remember the cost, but $4/acre comes to mind. I Also might use a qt of RUP on the post also with liberty. That will add $3 an acre for me.
